Two Blue Slip

Two Blue Slip is dog friendly, offers stunning views and a community feel. It's a pleasure to know that the Management Team is being lead by Kate who tirelessly and diligently works to ensure the environment runs smoothly. Kate has been a total Godsend. She gracefully handles concerns while simultaneously working to boost the buildings efficiency operationally. Derek and I adore her and genuinely appreciate the impact she is making for the benefit of the residents at Brookfield Properties.

The staff here is genuinely pleasant, and the views are absolutely stunning! . One noteworthy aspect is the presence of many dogs in the community. While I appreciate pets, it can sometimes lead to common areas becoming dirty and emitting odors. My only suggestion is that they could improve the cleanliness of these shared spaces by allocating more staff and resources to their maintenance to the lobby and elevators.

We moved into 2 Blueslip this past February and we were quick to call the building our home. We have been incredibly comfortable and love the community/neighborhood. The front door staff has been so helpful since day one of moving in. Denise and Liz are great and take priority in the security of the residents as people come in and out of the building which is super important to us when living in a high-rise. Thankful for the staffs effort!!

Just wanted to stop by and let you guys know that the front desk concierge “Denise” I believe, who works in the evening is an angel. Super professional and HELPFUL. Always resourceful and attentive to our needs and seemingly others too, since a few neighbors and I have shared the same sentiment about her. Anyhow, definitely wanted to put that out there, this is what we want more of - in a luxury building. Customer relations and community oriented management Thank you !

One thing I love about living here is the concierge. Liz, Denise, Natalie, and Eugene are all so great, friendly, reliable, and help make our lives easier living here in their own ways. For example, Denise will let me know I have packages as I’m leaving to walk the dogs and have them waiting for me when I come back in. She got to know my dogwalker so when she arrives, she doesn’t have to check in. The front desk can make or break your living situation and luckily they have a great team working here.

*Do not live here ! - its a luxury apartment with a great view above standard of what you would find elsewhere yes, but the leasing office lure you into perks which do not exist (none of the common amenities like the TV screening rooms, pool are maintained to the high standard you would expect paying these sort of rates/work!). To no surprise its kept very quiet this very building has been developed on top of a Class 2 Superfund site declared as recent as only 10 years ago. *Have lived here for over a year and its really disappointing how management and leasing operate this in a large scale building. The management office known to hold events for residents but they are largely attended by staff members and not residents using resident paying money. Management don't respond to emails or calls timely, you have to knock on a glass door to get any action which is locked in another building for them to unfriendly- answer. *Certain front desk staff are really not helpful depsite these ongoing five star reviews they have asked new residents to help with before they realise the front desk management have not been greeted or treated considerately as a resident when I am picking up my packages rude nods, the customer service to residents is often not consistent between people working and needs to be thoroughly reviewed. At the time of writing believe they have gone through 3 front desk staff in span of 6 months (Dec 2023) which is a testament to the way the culture of working in this environment and treated. *Note: my previous two 1 star reviews has mysteriously been removed.. please be warned people of Brookfield management and leasing in the greenpoint landing area (two blue slip, one blue slip, one bell slip, eagle west)

The views are nice yes but the units are so expensive for what they are. Way too far from the subways and if you drive the garage is absurdly expensive too. Front desk people are lovely but the management never responds to emails. What's the point of having a "resident experience manager" who doesn't bother responding to residents bringing up issues with the amenities that we pay $100 a month extra for?
